All handmade pieces are currently made by a one-person team. Orders are usually processed and prepared within 2–8 business days before shipping, unless otherwise noted. I truly appreciate your patience and support while I create and pack each order with care. I work efficiently to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible!

Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. 

  • Free Domestic Shipping: Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over $35. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

International Orders:  I'm temporarily not shipping internationally due to significant changes to U.S. My apology for this inconvenience!

Shipping Rates: All shipping rates are determined by USPS. Please be aware that rates may increase during peak holiday seasons.

Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Delays: I'm not responsible for delays caused by COVID-19 or USPS.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I'm not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address, please contact us via email before your package is processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once USPS takes possession of your package, it is their responsibility. I'm not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please file a claim directly with USPS.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us or needs to be reshipped, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees
