Shipping Information:

All orders are typically processed and prepared within 2-8 business days prior shipment, unless otherwise noted. We work efficiently to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. 

  • Free Domestic Shipping: Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over $25. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

International Orders: International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package International.

  • Free International Shipping: Enjoy free international shipping on orders over $95. This will be automatically applied at checkout

Important: When placing an order outside the USA. Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, taxes, and including any VAT charges may be applied when your package reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Peripheral US. Fees and duties vary depending on the total value of your purchase and are beyond my control. The postal service is responsible for collecting these fees, and the amount is decided by your country’s customs regulations. We cannot control shipping costs or additional charges that may be applied by your postal service. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, it's often being held at your local post office until you pay these fees.
Delivery times may vary, and once your package leaves the U.S. In some cases, it can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks for your order to arrive.

By placing an international order, you accept full responsibility for any customs charges and shipping risks.

Shipping Rates: All shipping rates are determined by USPS. Please be aware that rates may increase during peak holiday seasons.

Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by COVID-19 or USPS.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address, please contact us via email before your package is processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once USPS takes possession of your package, it is their responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please file a claim directly with USPS.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us or needs to be reshipped, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees
